The Texas Baptist Prisoner Family Ministry Foundation is looking for a Gospel-centered Executive Director to lead the Hospitality House ministry which serves families visiting incarcerated loved ones near Huntsville, Texas. This full-time, on-site role provides both spiritual and organizational leadership, including fundraising, donor relations, and staff/volunteer management. We are seeking a servant leader with nonprofit experience, strong fundraising abilities, and a heart for supporting families affected by incarceration. On-site housing is available.
