Please visit the Post a Ministry Position form on our website to submit a new job posting. After you complete the form, a member of the Truett Seminary team will review your posting, if approved, will publish it on the website on the Ministry Positions homepage. Note that the email address you provide in the "Administrative Information" section of the Post a Ministry Position form will be used to send a message containing important information related to managing your job posting.
After your job posting has been submitted, approved, and published, it will remain on the Ministry Positions page for 90 days. After 90 days, your position will be unpublished unless you elect to extend the position for another 90 days (this must be done prior to the 90th day of the original posting; if not, you must resubmit the position via the Post a Ministry Position form). You may extend the posting of your job by completing the Position Resubmission Form using the administrative email and token that was emailed to you when you initially posted the job.
You may complete the Public New Token form to request that a new token be sent to the original administrative email used to post the job. You will also need the ID of the job posting to complete this form. This number will appear in the web address of the job as it appears on the website. In this example, the Position ID is '123456': ministryconnections.truettseminary.baylor.edu/position/123456.
The ID of your job posting, which you'll need to have to be able to manage aspects of your job, appears in the URI (web address) of the posting once it gets published to the website. In the following example, the position ID is '123456': ministryconnections.truettseminary.baylor.edu/position/123456.
