Youth and Music Minister
Youth and Music Minister: This role is centered on shepherding both the youth and worship ministry of our church with care, intentionality, and a heart for discipleship. The Youth & Music Minister is called to invest deeply in students—helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus, build a strong biblical foundation, and feel a true sense of belonging—while also partnering with families and raising up leaders within the church. At the same time, this person will guide the music ministry by planning meaningful, Christ-centered worship that encourages congregational engagement and allows space for the Holy Spirit to move. Working closely with church leadership, this minister will lead, organize, and support ministries that strengthen the entire church body, all while modeling a life of integrity, humility, and genuine love for people.
