First Baptist Church of Floydada, TX, seeks a full-time or part-time Minister of Music to serve on the ministerial staff to lead and oversee our music and worship ministries. Responsibilities include planning our Sunday blended worship service, leading rehearsals, recruiting and developing volunteer vocalists and musicians, and attending staff meetings. Ideal candidates demonstrate humility, strong musical ability, servant-hearted leadership, and alignment with our church’s mission. The full-time position will include additional responsibilities based on a candidate’s strengths and ministry calling. FBC Floydada is a BGCT-affiliated church and a Caprock Baptist Association cooperating member.
