Senior Pastor
Ox Hill Baptist Church located in Chantilly, Virginia seeks a Senior Pastor (FT/PT) who is passionate about sharing the Gospel, dedicated to innovative leadership, and committed to providing compassionate pastoral care. OHBC is a congregation that is distinguished by its dedication to Bible study for all ages (both clergy- and laity-led) and to its engagement and support for the local immigrant community, highlighted by--but not limited to--a decades-old English language program staffed by volunteers from the congregation.
We are seeking an Individual who values and understands the importance of leading a diverse community, and who can create a welcoming environment for individuals from various ethnic, generational, and socio-political backgrounds. Our new Senior Pastor will be an inspiring preacher and compassionate leader, capable of listening to, collaborating with, and empowering both church staff and lay leadership to fulfill our shared mission. We are seeking a Senior Pastor who will provide leadership in casting a clear vision for the future, guiding us in fulfilling our mission both within our congregation and in the broader community. The ideal candidate will be innovative, adaptable, and able to inspire others to grow in their faith and service.
