First Baptist Church Lufkin, Texas, is seeking a full-time Minister of Music to lead a comprehensive, dynamic, and Christ-centered music ministry for our congregation. This person will plan and direct all aspects of our single, blended worship service, including overseeing audio and video production, lead and support instrumentalists and vocalists across all age groups, and collaborate closely with the Pastor in shaping the church's worship vision. The right fit for this role is someone who thrives as a team player, engages fully in the broader life of the church, and works well alongside a dedicated staff.
