First Baptist Church of Gordon is seeking a spiritually mature, biblically grounded individual to disciple and shepherd the youth of the congregation. Primary Responsibilities - Spiritual Leadership & Teaching: - Teach the Word of God faithfully in weekly youth gatherings and Bible studies - Develop biblically sound lesson plans aligned with the church's doctrine - Disciple students personally through mentorship and spiritual guidance - Encourage youth involvement in evangelism, missions, and church service Ministry Goals (Events Per Year): - Youth camp - Fellowship / outreach events - Mission or service project - Ignite gatherings (Monthly) Accountability: - Serves under the direct supervision of the Lead Pastor and the Personnel Committee - Quarterly ministry reviews - Annual evaluation of measurable goals Compensation: $11,248 – $14,920 per year, two weeks paid vacation, and ministry-related reimbursements.
