Key Responsibilities · Plan worship services and church events in collaboration with the pastoral team · Coordinate and lead rehearsals for worship teams, including special events · Work with leadership for kids and students to recruit and coordinate music and worship programs · Provide leadership and direction as church office administrator and maintain church social presence · Equip and develop volunteers to use their gifts and abilities in worship ministry · Other duties and needs as assigned by the Lead Pastor Qualifications & Skills · Commitment to Christ and the mission of Oak Grove Baptist Church · Musical proficiency and experience leading worship (vocally and/or instrumentally) · Strong organizational and leadership abilities · Ability to work collaboratively with church staff, volunteers, and the congregation · Experience with children and student music programs is a plus · Degree Preferred How to Apply If you feel called to lead and serve in this capacity, please send your resume to worshipoakgrove@gmail.com.
