he Rector, who is to be an Anglican priest or in the process of Ordination, will serve as the chief pastor, priest, and spiritual leader of The Solid Rock Oratory Parish in Winter Haven, Florida. This parish is a member of the Anglican Union for the Propagation of the Gospel and is under the pastoral oversight of Patron Bishops across the Anglican Communion. A clergy person of the Anglican Union and the next Rector of this parish involves faithfully teaching and preaching the Holy Scriptures, administering the Sacraments, and providing spiritual care for the congregation in the traditional Anglican style. Key Responsibilities: Worship & Liturgy: Lead traditional Anglican worship (Holy Eucharist) and oversee all liturgical life of the parish. Preaching & Teaching: Deliver relevant, Biblically-based preaching and teaching, including leading Bible study and adult education. Pastoral Care: Provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and prayer to the congregation.
