Senior Pastor

Plymouth Congregational Church (UCC and open to other denominations) in Coconut Grove, Miami, seeks a full-time senior pastor to lead us in ministry and faith formation and to guide our wonderful staff and many volunteers as we work to carry out God's work in this world. Plymouth is a multi-generational congregation of 550–600 members that reflects the diversity and energy of Miami. In addition to our weekly worship with traditional music and liturgy, we host Bible studies, children and adult Christian education, monthly fellowship and weekly service outreach. Our historic 11-acre campus is a lovely sanctuary of gardens and grounds that are open to, and regularly used by, the Coconut Grove/Miami community for gatherings such as AAA and Scout meetings, weddings, memorials, outdoor prayer and the education of children. We currently have an experienced interim minister and two associate pastors, plus directors of children's ministries, music, weddings and the Martha Clinton Plymouth Preschool. We hope you will keep reading our materials and get in touch with us if this opportunity, and its inherent blessings and challenges, looks interesting to you. Thank you for your time!
