Case Manager
The Case Manager is an integral part of Care Net’s Support Services team and is responsible for building connection with clients and assisting the general client services team to serve our clients with excellence. The Case Manager role requires strong active listening skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities. This role requires a gracious heart that seeks to love and honor all clients as they are helped through all the life decisions that are part of pregnancy and parenting – and a heart for collaboration and teamwork.
