Youth & Young Adult Pastor
First Baptist Church of Hamilton Park
The Youth & Young Adult Pastor (Y&YA Pastor) is responsible for the spiritual growth and development of the youth and young adults of First Baptist Church of Hamilton Park (FBCHP). This part-time role includes planning and leading youth and young adult programs, and fostering relationships with youth, young adults, and families so they can grow in faith together. The Y&YA Pastor will recruit, support, maintain, and build FBCHP's youth and young adult ministries in collaboration with the Senior Pastor and ministry teams by creating a welcoming and Christ-centered environment where young people can grow in their faith.
