This is an opportunity to build and shape a thriving ministry for students and emerging adults at First Methodist Church San Angelo. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop, create, and lead a meaningful student ministry while laying the foundation for a growing young adult ministry. The primary focus of this role is leading middle school and high school students through biblical teaching, discipleship, leadership development, and outreach. As the student ministry grows, the Director will also have the opportunity to cultivate ministry among college students and young adults by creating environments where they can build authentic community, grow in their faith, and remain connected to the life of the church. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a relational leader, someone who loves investing in the next generation, teaches God's Word faithfully, equips volunteers, and is excited to help students and young adults become lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ.
