We are seeking a part-time Production Coordinator who is passionate about using technology to support worship and ministry. This position plays a vital behind-the-scenes role by ensuring our worship services and special events are executed with excellence through audio, video, lighting, presentation software, and live streaming. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a servant's heart who enjoys supporting others and helping ministries succeed. Responsibilities include overseeing the technical aspects of worship services, preparing presentation media, recruiting and training volunteers, maintaining audio, video, and lighting equipment, and working closely with pastors, staff, and volunteers to create distraction-free environments where people can encounter Christ. Familiarity with ProPresenter, live audio, lighting, and video systems is preferred. To be successful in this position, the applicant must profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, be committed to personal spiritual growth and a healthy lifestyle, and recognize this as a ministry position. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to serve as part of a unified staff team are essential. Previous experience with church production or live event technology is preferred. This is a flexible part-time position averaging 15–20 hours per week, including Sunday mornings, rehearsal evenings, and additional planning or preparation time as needed.
